| While Alexander Perry may have started off as a military man, it seems he was always a foodie at heart. After a stint with the German Air Force and being stationed at Ft. Bliss, Perry decided to bring the best in German bratwurst, schnitzels, and yes, doner kebab to a town dominated by Mexican eats. "We opened in December of 2009 and so far our biggest customer has been the U.S. military or people with German roots - you know, those who know that taste because they were stationed or lived in Germany and seek us out," Perry said.
